ABOUT THIS COFFEE

The Tarrazu valley is one of the most well known regions for Costa Rican Coffee. Our San Marcos comes from a select number of high elevation producers in this region and is sorted and milled at the Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu where we have sourced coffee since our founding in 2006. Sweet and very well-balanced with a heavy body and high, slightly winey acidity this one of our favorites.
